The neck cooler adopts an innovative liquid plant-based phase change material (PCM) that begins to freeze at temperatures below 18 °C (64 °F). The outer layer of the neck cooling tube is wrapped in durable and comfortable TPU. The ice neck tube has a small volume and a light weight, making it easy to carry. Simply place the neck cooling tube sleeve in the refrigerator or freezer for 1-2 hours until solidified. It is a good helper for traveling, hot summer outdoor sports, and outdoor work. 6" L x 7" W
