Cobalt, teal and white glass are picked up then fused onto a gather of clear in the furnace. The colors are blended and worked by hand into a swirling pattern. These design elements are then cased in a gather of molten clear. With a clear casing the wave can be created by tooling the molten glass into a curl and shaping the lip. Finally, white glass powder is applied for the foam. Care is taken to make every wave completely unique, just like every wave on every beach across the globe. 4" W x 6.25" H
