The Open Weave is a variation on our Cane Weaver experiment in creating basket style weaves using hand pulled glass canes as a medium. By alternating the placement and frequency of the applications of color a design emerges that imitates the pattern of open weave baskets. The central design is cased in crystal clear glass nearly two inches thick making this series of designs a tremendous value. This is one from our earlier cane series and we are offering it at a significant discount. 3.5" W x 5" H
