Custom made Chenille design(s) generally used for high school letter jackets. Designs can be 3" or 5" but 4" patches are standard for jacket sleeves. Patches are made on two pieces of material. Imprint is script or block lettering. Design has an additional .5" each side for material outside the design area. This is a standard stock shape. Lettering based on your requirements within reason.
