Our interpretation of the iconic image of the Mother and Child that first appeared on a wall painting in the Catacomb of Priscilla, Rome, Italy. The central design elements are hand sculpted in virgin white glass then a gather of clear molten glass is applied and fumed with a translucent blue veil. A gather of crystal clear glass cases the design and a mirror finish is applied. Two windows are then cut and polished providing an unrestricted view of the interior sculpture. 3.75" W x 7" H
