Custom Stencils & Templates are Laser Cut from white, .030 wide, acrylic material. The maximum Template size overall is 21" x 28". The maximum one piece Stencil size is 18" x 25". Larger sizes will be cut in coded sections and packaged in sections. Minimum letter height - 1/2". See page 1451 for size and calculations. All pieces will have alignment notches and will be shipped unassembled.
