A gather of molten glass is sculpted and fumed with a gossamer blue veil. A gather of clear is applied over the first which is also fumed. A hollow air space is added simulating a splash before casing the entire design in crystal clear glass and a silver mirror finish. After annealing, the entire sculpture is ground flat on two sides and polished to a high finish. The fountains of Versailles provide the perfect backdrop for this final version of our fountain series. 4.25" W x 9" H
