Custom made Chenille design(s) generally used for high school letter jackets. This designs is a 5" patche for jacket sleeves. Patches are made on two pieces of material. Embroidery lettering is either script or block. Design has an additional .5" each side for material outside the design area. This is a standard stock shape. Lettering based on your requirements within reason. Shape can be modified to match so that all of their patches have the same shape and detail.
